Constructed with high-grade steel, the power cage features 50 mm x 50 mm uprights and extra reinforcing plates for durability and stability. With dimensions of 43.66"L x 55.26"W x 82.12"H and multiple 1'' holes, it can support up to 1000 lbs, designed by professionals.

Featuring a lat pulldown system and double pulley system, the power rack allows for a variety of upper body exercises targeting different muscle groups effectively. The dual rail design with hard chrome plating ensures smooth and stable operation.

The upgraded design includes 6 band pegs for resistance bands, 4 accessory rings for storage, and various attachments like pull-up bar, lat bar, low row bar, T-bar, J-hook, dip bar, landmine, tricep rope, footboards, and quick release plates storage tubes.
