The Signature Fitness Standard Barbell from the manufacturer is available in three different lengths and two colors for your preference. It is made from strong steel with a chrome finish, ensuring durability for various exercises such as squats, dumbbell lifting, rowing, bench press, and more at home gym. The barbell is compatible with all standard plates with a 1" hole diameter.

The knurled design of the barbell increases friction and grip, providing a non-slip effect to help you hold onto the barbell securely. The bearings of the barbell are black chrome-plated, allowing for smoother and easier movement while reducing stress and potential injury to wrists or forearms. The barbell has a diameter of 0.97 inches and can accommodate all standard plates with a 1" hole diameter, facilitating a full-body workout for exercises like bench presses, squats, and deadlifts.

Choose from 5-Foot, 6-Foot, or 7-Foot bars in a 1-inch diameter and the color of your liking. The bars are chrome plated with solid steel construction, ensuring longevity and repeated use. With multiple knurling positions and lengths, you can exercise with convenience and safety. All bars have a weight capacity of 350 pounds and a 0.97" bar end diameter to fit all standard plates with 1" holes, including dumbbell plates.
